Where to get treatment
If you test positive for a sexually transmitted infection (STI), a nurse from the BCCDC STI clinic will talk to you about treatment options. Many clinics will ask you for your BC Services Card for treatment, so if that does not work for you, talk to the nurse about options.

If you live outside the Vancouver area, the BCCDC STI nurse will help you find a clinic to go to for treatment. We have partnered with different clinics in
Victoria, Langford, Duncan, Kamloops, Nelson, Kimberley, Maple Ridge, Dawson Creek and more. These clinics are familiar with GetCheckedOnline and can provide treatment.
You can also contact another clinic or your family doctor for treatment if you prefer.
