Evaluation
The BC Centre for Disease Control is continuing to evaluate GetCheckedOnline to see how well it works, how it may be improved and how it could be expanded. Your feedback is always very helpful to us.
If you would like to participate in evaluation activities, you can indicate your interest when you create your GetCheckedOnline account. By telling us you're interested, you're not obligated to participate. It just means that we'll send you an invitation and you can decide then if you want to participate.
Evaluation activities include surveys and interviews. All evaluation activities are optional. If you choose not to participate, you can still use the service. All of your information, including information provided through evaluation activities, will be kept private and confidential.
